Booking and Payment

All road trip bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total trip cost. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure receive a full refund minus a $200 processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.

Travel Requirements

Participants must have valid identification and meet physical requirements for planned activities. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Savvy Path Expeditions reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.

Liability and Responsibility

While we strive to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences, road trip activities involve inherent risks. Participants assume responsibility for their actions and decisions during the trip. Savvy Path Expeditions is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses not directly caused by our negligence.

Conduct and Behavior

We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including itineraries, photos, and trip descriptions, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York State. These terms are governed by New York State law.
